Lentil Curry Pies
Now here’s a dinner with a difference! Nutritious lentils are cooked with onion, garlic, fresh ginger and chillies, then combined with coconut milk and a Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot to create a deliciously spicy filling for mini pies.
