- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 green chillies, chopped (seeded)
- 30 ml fresh ginger, grated
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 2 cardamom pods
- 5 ml Robertsons ground turmeric
- 5 ml garam masala
- 15 ml mayonnaise
- 30 ml low-fat natural yogurt
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 30 ml coriander, freshly chopped
- 30 ml mint, freshly chopped
- 250 g basmati rice, cooked according to packet instructions
