- 22.5 ml (4 ½ tsp) Rajah Medium Curry Powder

- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 22.5 ml (4 ½ tsp) peanut butter
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- For the crispy tortillas:
- 3 tortillas
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) olive oil, for brushing
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 10 ml (2 tsp) cumin seeds
