- 1 cup (250g) diced mixed peppers
- 1 cup (250g) diced zucchni
- 1 cup (250g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (250g) chopped fresh spinach or kale
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Aromat cheese seasoning
- 1/2 cup (125g) shredded cheddar cheese or any cheese of your choice
- Optional: chopped handful of fresh herbs such as parsely or basil for garnish
