Ingredients
- For the whipped coriander feta:
- 80 g feta cheese
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) plain yoghurt
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) lemon juice
- the zest of 1 lemon
- a small handful of roughly chopped fresh coriander
- For the flat breads
- 4 large or 8 small store-bought flatbreads
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil
- For the koftas:
- 500 g beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely grated
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) finely chopped fresh coriander
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) breadcrumbs
- 22.5 ml (1½ Tbsp) Robertsons Braai & Grill Spicy BBQ
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Robertsons paprika
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Robertsons coriander
- 10 ml (2 tsp) Robertsons cumin
- a small handful of fresh coriander, to garnish
