- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Robertsons Turmeric
- salt and ground pepper, to taste
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 large onions, peeled and sliced into 1cm-thick rounds
- 1 kg baby potatoes, washed
- 4 whole cloves garlic, peeled
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) olive oil
