- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 1 ml salt to taste
- 1 ml Robertsons black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Rajah Medium curry powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 x 400 g tinned tomatoes and onion mix
- 250 g plain corn tortilla chips
- 2 tbsp Rajah Medium curry powder
- 50 g white cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 avocado sliced
- 50 g pickled jalapeños sliced (optional)
- handful fresh coriander coarsely chopped
