Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups sliced mushrooms
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ cup white wine
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Knorrox Garlic & Onion Stock Powder
- 3 tbsp cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup warm water
- 2 cups fresh cream
- 1 ml salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
• Take this sauce to the next level by stirring in a couple tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese or, you could sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the sauce after spooning it over a steak • Mix up the mushrooms and use any variety you like, or several varieties at once
