Lethabo chose her winning dish to show South Africans that chicken livers are not just a breakfast meal.She wanted others to enjoy her recipe because, in her own words, “It's so so good!”. Her dish was inspired by her discovery of food that she didn't grow up eating, and she combined this with something that was familiar to her. The result? A winning recipe!
