Cut your loaf into 4 equal pieces and half lengthwise, almost all the way through, and open.
Slather both sides with the butter and brown your bread on a heated pan, set aside.
Heat oil over medium or medium-high heat, add onion, honey and sauté until slightly brown in colour, set aside.
Drizzle the top and bottom of the bread with Knorr creamy yoghurt, place grated carrots, lettuce, pulled lamb, cucumber and drizzle the Knorr Roast Meat Gravy on top and serve.
