Quick Turkey Stuffing 
Ingredients
  • 300 ml water, hot
  • 100 g raw almond, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g cranberries
  • orange
  • 15 ml Robertsons thyme
  • 15 ml Robertsons sage
  • 200 g bacon, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Robertsons Atlantic sea salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 450 g Italian loaf
  • 1 Knorr Chicken Stock Pot
Cooking Method
  1. Mix the KNORR Chicken Stock Pot with the hot water.

  2. Break the Italian Loaf into rough cubes and combine with all the remaining ingredients.

  3. Spoon this mixture into the cleaned turkey cavity, truss, and roast as usual.

  4. This stuffing is ideal for a 3 - 4 kg turkey.
