Drain the samp and bean mix, place into a large pot with the water and simmer gently until nearly soft. Check every 30 minutes, adding more water if necessary, and stirring frequently.
Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large pot, then fry the onion and green pepper until soft.
Add the Rajah Curry Powder and fry for 1 minute.
Add the cooked samp and beans, Knorrox Chilli Beef Stock Cubes, water and Knorrox Soya Mince Mutton Flavour and stir well.
Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the samp has a soft, creamy texture. Top with chopped spinach when serving the dish.
