This Umcimbi meal is filled with a rich meaty taste that will leave everyone asking for more. 

Tips

Serve with tripe. 

Ingredients
  • 10 kg samp
  • 5 kg sugar beans
  • 5 kg onion chopped
  • 5 Knorrox garlic cubes
  • 12 Knorrox Beef stock cubes
  • 400 g Knorrox beef soup
Cooking Method
  1. Boil samp and sugar beans in a large pot until soft then set aside.

  2. In a large pot, fry onions at medium heat until soft and golden brown.

  3. Add garlic cubes and stir in Knorrox Beef Stock Cube and pour in the Knorrox Beef Soup for slight thickening. mix in the cooked samp then allow to simmer
