Aromat Cheese Summer Pasta Salad

This pasta salad, which goes with just about anything, is loaded with robot peppers, cheese, and fresh parsley. If you're looking for something easy to make to take along your picnic date, then this is for you. 
Ingredients
  • 500 g or 2 cups fusilli pasta
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 120 ml or 1/2 teacup Knorr Light Yoghurt & Herb Salad Dressing
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp Aromat Cheese
  • 2.5 ml or 1/2 tsp black pepper (grounded)
  • 64 g or 1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 medium red pepper diced
  • 1 medium green pepper diced
  • 1 medium yellow pepper diced
Cooking Method
  1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions and keep aside to cool down.

  2. In a bowl mix mustard and Knorr Light Yoghurt & Herb Salad Dressing. Add Aromat Cheese, pepper and mix until well combined.

  3. In a large open bowl, toss the cooked pasta, dressing mixture, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper and Cheddar cheese.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
