Fry the bacon and keep it aside for later use.
Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out any excess water using a kitchen towel.
Place grated potatoes in a large bowl along with eggs and flour. Mix well until combined.
Add the fried bacon, chopped chives, garlic powder or crushed garlic and Aromat Original. Mix well
Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture in small amounts and shape it into flat rounds using your hands.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat and add potato rounds. Shallow fry on each side for 2 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh chives and serve immediately with cream cheese or a sauce of your choice.
