Pat the meat dry and season with Aromat Chilli Beef and pepper. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wide pan. Add rosemary sprigs.
Add the meat, reduce the heat to medium and fry the beef for 5 minutes on each side. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add BBQ sauce and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Brush the steak with the BBQ sauce.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
