This creamy mashed potatoes recipe is a must-try, and if you're a lover of meat, the T-bone steak is the perfect accompaniment. 
Ingredients
  • 5 beef T-bone steaks
  • 7.5 ml or 1 tsp Aromat Chilli Beef
  • 2.5 ml or 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 30 ml or 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 45 ml or 3 tbsp of BBQ sauce
Cooking Method
  1. Pat the meat dry and season with Aromat Chilli Beef and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a wide pan. Add rosemary sprigs.

  3. Add the meat, reduce the heat to medium and fry the beef for 5 minutes on each side. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it aside.

  4. In the same pan, add BBQ sauce and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Brush the steak with the BBQ sauce.

  5. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
