This mouth-watering, healthy sandwich made using eggs, peppers, and seeded whole-wheat bread is easy and quick to make. 
Ingredients
  • 10 medium eggs
  • 45 ml or 3 tbsp milk
  • 7.5 ml or 1 tsp Aromat Cheese
  • 40 g or 3 tbsp of margarine
  • 1/2 cup robot peppers diced
  • 10 slices toasted bread
  • 125 ml or 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • cucumber sliced
Cooking Method
  1. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl.

  2. Add milk, Aromat Cheese, and whisk until well combined.

  3. Melt margarine in a large non-stick pan.

  4. Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

  5. Add the egg mixture and mix continuously. Make sure the eggs don’t stick to the sides. Cook for 8 minutes.

  6. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Add sliced cucumber onto the sliced bread and add eggs.

  7. Top the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
